The memorandum of defendants court appointed counsel was filed in accordance with Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738, 87 S.Ct. 1396, 18 L.Ed.2d 493 (1967) and State v. Leon, 104 Ariz. 297, 451 P.2d 878 (1969). On November 28, 1975, pursuant to an order of this court, counsel for the defendant mailed defendant a copy of all records on appeal. The defendant was given an opportunity to file a supplemental memorandum on or before January 12, 1976, if he desired to raise any additional matters for the courts consideration. No additional memorandum was filed.
